This Privacy Policy explains how Neurolinker Studios (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you play our games or visit our sites. We care about your privacy. We collect only the data needed to provide our services (gameplay data, account info, device info, etc.).

We use this data to run and improve the games (e.g. save your progress, fix bugs, provide multiplayer services) and, with your consent, to send updates or promotions. We may share data with trusted service providers (analytics, cloud hosting, payment processors) under strict rules.

We comply with data protection laws like the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, California CCPA, India’s IT Act and DPDP. You have rights under these laws – for example, you can request access to or deletion of your personal data. If you are a minor, parental consent is required for collecting personal data of children under 13 (US) or under 16 (EU).

We collect the following categories of data in order to operate our games and website:

• Account InformationLinked accounts (email, username, platform ID [Xbox/PSN/Steam], password hash), avatars, and profile details.
• Gameplay DataIn-game actions, progress, levels completed, scores, achievements, leaderboard entries, settings, and UGC uploads.
• Device and Technical InfoDevice model, operating system version, GPU, performance data (FPS, crash logs, error reports), IP address, and location (country or region) derived from IP.
• In-Game CommunicationsVoice/text chat content processed temporarily for moderation. Voice data is processed via third-party SDKs and not stored unless you flag a report.
• Purchase & Payment DataIn-app purchases transaction details (amount, currency, items). Full credit card numbers are handled securely by Apple, Google, or platform stores.

We process your data for the following key operational objectives:

• Game Operation: To load save games, synchronize multiplayer matches, and display names on leaderboards.
• Support: Responding to ticketing queries and fixing player bugs.
• Diagnostics & Safety: Analyzing crash reports, optimizing graphics pipelines, and monitoring anti-cheat protocols.
• Marketing: Opt-in newsletter delivery. We do not run personalized ads without your direct consent.

We use local storage cookies to keep you logged in and compile aggregated traffic metrics on our website. You can customize cookie blocklists in your browser settings.

In-game, we utilize anonymized platform identifiers (UUIDs/Advertising IDs) to track crash diagnostics. These can be reset in your console or mobile OS settings.

We work exclusively with audited partners under data processing agreements:

• Hosting & Cloud: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (secure database storage).
• Game Engines & Services: Unity, PlayFab, Photon (multiplayer server orchestration).
• Analytics: Google Analytics, Crashlytics (aggregate error tracking).
• Billing: Stripe, platform stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Steam).

We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors under 13 (US), 16 (EU), or 18 (India) without parental consent.

If we find out that minor data was registered without verification, we delete it immediately. Parents can request audit/deletion by writing to us.

Our core database servers reside in India. However, we utilize global cloud hosting networks (AWS/Azure) which may transfer data dynamically across borders using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

We utilize secure transit (SSL/TLS), database encryption-at-rest, and security firewalls to guard against unauthorized access.

Our website and games may link to social platforms (Discord, Twitter, Instagram). We are not responsible for the data collection rules on those external systems. Please check their separate privacy portals.

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or new game integrations. Major updates will be broadcasted via in-game notifications. Continued gameplay after changes implies consent.
